I'm Back!
The title above held a lot of substance when Mr Steve Jobs said it after returning to build an Icon out of Apple. However I doubt how important would it be when I say the same.
But instead of pondering on this thought I would do better by progressing to write about certain things which I went through during my absence from blogspot.
A lot of people must have gone through this in their lifetimes.. awakenings! It is something which is actually very difficult to explain. There is something called the "Law Of Attraction".. though it is not one of those laws that we all might have studied in the physics classes of high school, yet it still demands high level of respect and importance from all the mortals who have till now only concentrated on the laws that need to be studied and not those that need to be implemented in regular living..
All of us, since our childhood have been wanting a lot of things from our lives. We dream, we fantasize, we think and then we rethink... And then in the midst of the certainties and uncertainties of life, we loose touch of all that we had "once upon of a time" thought of.. Haven't we heard a lot of us saying that "I had dreamt of becoming a research scientist coz I had been brilliant with my grades all throughout but the politics and unnecessary competition has let me down always..and now I am nothing.........." The loss of dreams then leads to frustation and then all the built up emotions lead to failures and more failures and finally a loss of the want to succeed.
Positive thinkers and spiritual healers say that we must all follow the Law of Attraction.. we must keep thinking and imagining the best, only then the entire universe will channelize all the energies that will help unite us with our dreams!!
Sounds easy???!!!! But does it sound unrealistic??!! Why, we might argue that we do keep fantasizing about a lot of good things but most of the times just the opposite happens..
But then its said that in our lives there is an imaginary basket ball which we need to dribble and finally throw into the basket. This basket ball is our aim and since its imaginary as of now, we NEED to imagine the basket ball and finally SEE it.. Only once when we imagine and see it, would the world stop thinking that we are not aimlessly playing with nothing but actually we HAVE a ball, the world will recognize us and our aims! Once our aim is set we need to dribble, that is we need to work towards our aim and finally get the basket..
All throughout the task, the most important thing to notice is that the basket ball is something that we have imagined and given a virtual shape to.. it is not something that is real.. we need to think that it is real and then finally convert it into reality..
I personally have been thinking a lot about these things.. not because I have been reading about them, but because I have been coming across a lot of believers.. There are re-inforcers around me who are of the reasoning that anything and everything good will only come from within me... Its just like the fact that if an egg is broken by an outside force, a life ends..., but if an egg breaks from within, life begins - Great things always begin from within!!
With this thought in mind, I can only say that when I now say "I'm Back" it means a lot.. And this time I mean it.. it means a LOT!!

Ek dost ke liye--
mohabbat kilkariya le raha hai
pyaar ko pukaar raha hai
dil ki haalat naa poochhiye
ye to ab mujhme bhi shayarana andaaz jaga raha hai
Dusre dost ke liye--
is andaz ko bachay rakhne ay dost
kyun ki dosti mein bhai pyar ki parchai hoti hai

Vodka Drama
Finally the feeling of getting “high” was imminent…
Vikingfjord vodka in tea cups! Slight dash of salt resting daintily on the upper side of the palm.. and king lemon waiting to touch up the shot at the end..
Six pals waiting in a red light lit room…
Then the toast is raised to the good long life for all..
Neat alcohol rushed sneeringly down the throats.. then an impelled lick of the lemon drenched salt… and finally a little quarry at the demon itself!
And wooooooooooooooh!!!!!!!!!!!
Kuchhh toh definitely hua ;)
